One Christmas ...
December 2009
… Back in the 1950s, Mort and Sophie Roberts exchanged Christmas greetings and gifts with their daughter, Daisy …

The Roberts family lived on the Isle of Dogs in East London – just a stone’s throw from where the ombudsman is now based.
We came across this photo at the Island History Trust – the local Isle of Dogs charity that helps older people keep their memories alive in a changing world.
season's greetings ...
… a very happy Christmas to Daisy (still living locally with her family) – and to all our other neighbours, stakeholders and customers.
